Delegate Passes guarantee filmmakers entry to the screening of their film; access to all other screenings (subject to seat availability), and your name is added to the guest list of the opening event, closing Festival party and any other special events.

Delegate passes for participating filmmakers; international guests, festival directors or members of the press are free, whilst a registration charge of £25.00 will be made for all other industry representatives.
Kinofilm screens more shorts than any other festival in the UK, with over 30 programmes and almost 200 shorts selected from over 1000 entries. We have a fantastic array of films from throughout Europe and outstanding award winning films selected from festivals worldwide for your viewing pleasure, many of which are making their UK premiere. Look out also for the Oscar nominated shorts programme on the closing date of the festival.
New for this year is TRANSITIONS, a selection of debut features from filmmakers who have recently made the transition from short film to feature. Look out also for the opening feature, an advance special preview of Austrian feature “Revanche”. The festival will be competitive with four awards to be announced on the final night – an event not to be missed. Please see the enclosed festival plan for the festival programme schedule.
